NOTICE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS AND PUBLICATION OF UNAUDITED ANNUAL GOVERNANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY RETURN 2025/26

Bottisham Parish Council has published its unaudited Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
In accordance with the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, local electors have the right to inspect the Council's accounting records and supporting documentation during the period for the exercise of public rights.

The following documents are available to view:
• Notice of Public Rights and Publication of Unaudited AGAR
• Annual Governance Statement
• Accounting Statements
• Explanation of Variances (where applicable)
• Bank Reconciliation and supporting information

The AGAR is currently unaudited and remains subject to review by the Council's appointed external auditor.
Details of the inspection period, together with contact information for arranging access to the accounting records, are contained within the Notice of Public Rights.
